Barnett’s, a favorite restaurant with locals, is an old-fashioned
burger joint located in the heart of Siloam Springs, Arkansas. It’s been around for decades; my own
parents used to “hang-out” at Barnett’s when they were in high school. As a child, my
parents would take my sister and I to Barnett’s Dairyette as a special treat. We would get
a dip cone on a summer day or an order of their well-known French fries after school.
To this day, I still love to drop by Barnette’s whenever I am in Siloam Springs. I always order some Barnett’s fries and a Dr. Pepper Freeze!! Mmmm…mmmm. Good stuff! Barnette’s serves up some tasty comfort food. If you are ever in the area, make sure to stop off at this little local treasure. -Kansas Kelly |
